*Repurpose EquipmentList and EquipmentListEntry functions in EquipmentModule (not being used)
*remove hp, luck and notes column
*update color scheme to match current color scheme
*bombing/combat radius columns will show based on plane types
*accuracy/evasion label will change to anti-bomber/intercpetion for land based fighters
*require the EquipmentTypeID in template instead of equipmentTypeName
