A what-if remodel of what would happen if the remaining semi-obsolete Type-B guns underwent an extensive mid-war upgrade and conversion into dual-purpose main guns for destroyers.<br>
In order to deal with the realities of anti-air combat, maximum elevation and loading mechanisms have been improved. With the combination of a fire director, this Type-B gun has become an entirely new destroyer weapon.<br>
It was meant to be equipped on the Special Type II, Special Type III, Hatsuharu-class and Shiratsuyu-class after their upgrades. This dual-purpose gun is capable of anti-air combat.
