The torpedo stat puts her on par with the Yamato-class during night battles but due to being unable to equip 51cm guns, she falls slightly short. Her ability to carry seaplane fighters doesn't amount to much because of her it interfering with the main attack type APCI. The steep cost of this remodel is another strike against it.
