Fixed from Cruiser to Cruisers to be consistent with other ship categories
Currently, there are 3 Light Cruisers which remodel into Torpedo Cruisers: Ooi, Kitakami, and Kiso. These Cruisers feature, as the name implies, exceptional torpedo stats, making them lethal in torpedo salvos and night combat.
