*data from http://kancolle-db.tk/ suggest 250-300 fuel and 200-400 steel is a safe range to land a rare DD, higher resource = greater chance. Increasing ammo also increase the chances but increasing bauxite with 300 fuel and 400 steel will only increase the likelihood of carrier.
