Sparkling is recommended to increase accuracy and evasion. As long as you pass the pre-boss node of elite fleet with 2 CA and 1 BB then the only thing left is to pray to RNG that you go to the boss. Again, a lot of luck will be involved to survive the pre-boss node. The boss node, on the other hand will be very easy. If you think you won't survive the day battle due to situation like a lot of moderate damaged ship a double attack set-up with preparation for night battle will be good too.

With the Winter 2015 event looming in the admiral is in need of some red and green shell in case it is needed. Hearing that, Kongou dashes into the development room and came out with 3 Type 91 AP. The room was left in awe as we ask Kongou to go buy us some lottery.
