This is the new high-angle anti-aircraft unit.
The equipment has an included range finder, providing for a much more effective anti-air capability for the high-angle anti-aircraft guns. Newer large scale ships and the Akizuki-class anti-aircraft destroyer class have the unit pre-installed.
