遠距離砲撃戦における秘密兵器「九一式徹甲弾」の改良版です。<br>海中突入後魚雷のように敵艦水線下に突き進み、喫水下破砕を企図した特殊徹甲弾です。九一式より性能・生産性が向上しており、弾頭部には弾着観測用着色剤を充填していたと云われています。戦艦・航空戦艦・高速戦艦で使用可能です。
