*evasion boost

*Evasion boost on a expontential increase table based on the Morale value.

*higher chance of expedition Great success, which increases the resources gain to 150% for that particular expedition.

*16,5% to achieve Great success per ship with =>50 Morale, which increases the resources gain to 150% for that particular expedition and guarantees the right-side item if the expedition has one.

*High morale of flagship during support expedition will increase the chance of trigger.

*Morale of all ships (Route Support, 16,5% per ship with >=50 morale) / Morale of the Flagship(Boss Support, 100% if Flagship morale >=50) determines whether the support expedition shows up.

Note: Remodeling a ship that is sparkling will remove the sparkle. You may want to send her out on a quick expedition in order to take advantage of increased rare item drop.
