==Sandbox rules==
This sandbox will serve as a station for content that is being process to be placed on the main page. Here, editors will be allowed to update and change content here for most information. And if the changes are approved, they will be migrated to the [[Summer 2018 Event|Main event page]].
Normal Editors can update all the following content except for the following:
# Event Guides (See below in the event section for more details)
Staff Editors approved to update the main page will be allowed to do the following:
# Grab all content from this page and update it to the main event page.
# Grab guides that are approved for release on the main page and upload them to the main event page
For guides that are approved and placed on this page are to not to be tampered but be reviewed for a final release. A total of 3 releases will be made for each guide from each event section which will be conducted.
On this page the following must be labeled by staff members to indicate what the guide is:
* '''Early Guide''' - This serves that this will be an early version of the guide, approval must be made to release this guide before moving on with the Fleshed Out Guide.
* '''Fleshed Out Guide''' - This guide will serve as a more constructed guide, approval must be made to release this guide before moving on with the Finalized Guide.
* '''Finalized Guide''' - This guide will serve as the finalized release of the event guide, approval must be made to release this guide and complete the entire process.
* '''Under Review''' - This label indicates the guide is being reviewed by the staff or collaboration committee
* '''Approved (by Wiki Staff or Collaboration Committee)''' - Indicates that the guide was approved by staff or collaboration committee.
* '''Approved due to time constraint''' - Should time become a concern a guide may be approved due to lack of time.
When transferring event guides, please do not transfer the labels how if it is the approved early or flesh out version please be sure to indicate that this guide is this and that the guide is still in need of improvement.
