The depicted plane is allegedly the Ki-102 Otsu Kai variant (this did not exist/enter service and could be a what if as per the description). The Ki-102 depicted in this equipment card does have the alternate markings used by the 3rd Sentai who were based in Noshiro Airfield.

The Ki-148 or No.1 Model 1B Guided Missile was tested on the ageing Ki-48 light bombers but were designed with having the Ki-102 especially the Ki-102 Otsu as their launch platform or mothership. None of the 180 or so built saw actual combat in WW2.
