Several of the bottles had the names of the "Hard Drinking Eights" on them. This is the usual "bottle keep" service in Japan (especially in smaller bars). Basically, you buy your favorite bottle and leave it at the shop, which will hang a name card around the neck of the bottle (as seen on the in-game ones), so every time you revisit the shop, you can request for your own bottle, without having to pay per drink.
