''This is an improved and up-gunned version of the "Toryuu" Type 2 Two-seat Fighter developed and deployed by the Imperial Japanese Army.<br>The Model C upgrade featured additional high-caliber guns meant for intercepting heavy bombers. This anti-heavy bomber Toryuu was experimentally equipped with these "oblique guns".<br>Though it is unsuited for dogfighting, it fought hard alongside the Navy's "Gekkou" to defend the Japanese mainland against heavy bombers.
