''A specialized anti-aircraft shell used with the main guns of battleships and other large vessels.<br>This shell is a late-model upgraded variant of the Type 3 Incendiary Cluster Shell, a type of shrapnel shell that was developed to annihilate the enemy in a single salvo of exploding submunitions.<br>Its effectiveness against soft-skinned ground targets has been improved.
