While the core focus is to take out the Submarine princess, effectively farming this map will require you to take advantage of taking her out quickly and early on. One of the most effective ways in doing this is to bring historical OASW ships to the boss as the bonus provided from them should be strong enough to effectively take out the Submarine Princess quickly. ASW support fleet to the boss can also help chip her down, so you can finish her off sooner.
