Above any world menu for LBAS, you can find the button to access the general Land Base Maintenance menu. This menu gives you access to the general level for each of your LBAS groups, including in this order:

Every group is initially at level 0, and can be upgraded up to level 3 using 1 {{Item/Link|Construction Corps}} each time. You can see how many Construction Corps you currently possess in the bottom right corner.

From the [[Game Updates/2021/October 29th|2021/09/29 update]] to the [[Game Updates/2021/November 19th|2021/11/19 update]], you could no longer access your Event's LBAS maintenance menu, and so you cannot improve its level.
