日本陸軍が開発、配備した二式複座戦闘機、通称二式複戦、「屠龍」。その改良型重武装型です。<br>
本機はその改良丙型に対重爆迎撃用の大口径上向き銃、いわゆる「斜銃」を試験的に備えた重爆キラー、まさしく「屠龍」の名の通りの機体。<br>
対戦闘機戦には不向きですが、日本本土防空戦において、敵重爆に対して海軍「月光」と共に奮戦します。<br>
This is an improved and up-gunned version of the "Toyruu" Type 2 Two-seat Fighter developed and deployed by the Imperial Japanese Army.<br>
The Model C upgrade featured additional high-calibre guns meant for intercepting heavy bombers. This anti-heavy bomber Toryuu was experimentally equipped with these "oblique guns".<br>
Though it is unsuited for dogfighting, it fought hard alongside the Navy's "Gekkou" to defend the Japanese mainland against heavy bombers.
