***Score an S rank at air attack nodes A, G, K, L on E-2.  This is easily done with an all-submarine fleet.

***Successfully intercept the air raid on your Land Base 2-4 time on E-2 (exact number unknown)  

***Successfully intercept the air raid on your Land Base 4 times on E-2 WHILE obtaining Air Supremacy (AS+) during the air raid.  Including a Saiun in one or both air bases gives a bonus towards achieving this.

***Successfully get an S rank in all Air Attack nodes on E-3 (may need only Node I, more testing needed)
