Android version update present for all players

📱 System update

New start menu.

• The Kancolle Android Version was updated to meet most of the HTML5 standards regarding the UI and functionalities.
  • It switched to a new 64 bit version, and can operate from Android 7 to the latest 14, and no longer operate lower versions.
  • The UI has been changed to be up-to-date with the browser version.
  • A swipe function has been added to ship lists.
  • The Inventory mini game has also been added.

Note that this does not affect Gotobrowser, as it uses the browser version.

Miscellaneous

• Max ship slot raised to 610.
