Who
- A Web Developer / Architect who is playing Kantai Collection
- Applying technical skills to develop deeper understanding with the game and how it works
- Creating Tools to make gameplay easier by safe third-party methods (Kc!T)
- Extracting new data from the game, applying to wiki, to keep everyone informed and up-to-date
- Expanding technical knowledge about the game and its internals, giving new perspective and light to angles where the game probably was never looked at before
