This is the primary method of obtaining medals. Clearing an Extra Operation once per month will reward you with 1 medal. You can obtain a maximum of '''6 medals per month''' through this method.

Clearing certain Extra Operations rewards a medal:

Eligible Extra Operations are:

As Extra Operations reset each month, this is the primary method of obtaining medals, with a maximum of '''7 medals''' obtainable per month.
