KanColle Naval District Ice Festival - Naval Review on Ice is a Festival taking place in July 14th - 15th, 2018 at the Makuhari Messe in the Chiba Prefecture in Japan. The main theme of the convetion that will center around "Ice". Tickets to the Live Event show will be avalaible to purcase on July 21st, 2018.
