* Isuzu's Kai Ni has a very high AA and ASW stat which give her an important role in many mid level admiral's fleet, since she can no longer use seaplane in this form, admiral are recommended to use heavy ASW gear or AA cut in equipment on her to eradicate enemy sub and aircraft.
** With proper ASW gear, Isuzu's Kai Ni can one-shot any submarine even in Line Ahead formation, this is very helpful since some boss fleet composition have a troll sub accompanying many heavy vessel.
