Ships that at some point in history changed nationality, either by being built in a different country that the navy they served in, or by being transferred to another nation as a gift or war prize.

  • Souya, commissioned as "Volochaevets" by the Soviets, was never delivered to the USSR.
  • Gangut was built in the Russian Empire, so she is not technically "Soviet born".
