A radar that was made mainly for the Yamato Class.

It uses it's 15m long optical to find the distance between the enemy and yourself, and also has a better version of the type 21 anti-air radar.

Owing to its size, this can only be equipped on battleships and needs to be mounted on the upper bridge of the ship.
