Barrage Balloons can be deploied in certain situations during day battles

Once deployed:

• For every ship with a balloon equipped will boost the damage of the fleet:

	1	2	3
Modifier [1]	1.02	1.04	1.06

• The effect stacks up to 3 ships.
• The effects do not stack for multiple balloons on a same ship,
• Balloons will disappear over time.
• It has been reported that Heavy Bombers can negate Barrage Balloons effects.[citation needed]
