- Installation type. This gives {{PAGENAME}} the following changes:
- Torpedo salvo cannot target {{PAGENAME}}, with the exception of torpedo bombers.
- During night battle, attacks against {{PAGENAME}} ignores the attacker's torpedo value. Any cut-in involving torpedo doesn't work against {{PAGENAME}}.
- Uses the carrier formula for shelling damage. (Daytime: (Firepower + Torpedo) * 1.5 + Dive Bomb * 2 + 55; Nighttime: Firepower + Torpedo)
- Carriers with dive bombers cannot choose {{PAGENAME}} as shelling target, unless all the dive bombers were shot down. Carriers with only torpedo bombers equipped can attack {{PAGENAME}} as normal.
- Damage text is different from others:
- Slightly damaged(小破) → Confused(混乱)
- Moderately damaged(中破) → Damaged(損害)
- Heavily damaged(大破) → Broken(損壊)
- Sunken(撃沈) → Destroyed(破壊)
- Cannot attack during daytime shelling at Damaged or worse.
- Cannot attack during daytime shelling if all carried planes are shot down.
- Attacks at night if not Broken or Destroyed.
- Enables 2nd round of daytime shelling.
- Prioritizes attacking submarines during daytime shelling. (Attacks surface ships at night)
- Takes increased damage from ships equipped with Type 3 Shells and WG42 (Wurfgerät 42).
- During daytime shelling, battleships with large caliber guns and AP shells equipped have increased accuracy and damage.
Usage
Format: {{Installation|1= (optional)|2= (optional)}}:
- Variable 1= replaces the first instance of the page name to something else you indicate. For example, {{Installation|1=Test}} would begin with the text Test is a plane-using installation-type enemy ... regardless of where you put the template.
- Variable 2= should either be her or its (it's meant to be a possessive pronoun). It is also used to put either the pronoun "She" or the pagename in other sentences. Note that the text is case-sensitive.
Use on any Installation-type Abyssal ships that utilize planes.
For those who don't, use {{PlanelessInstallation}} instead. For those that can be either depending on equipment setup, use {{HybridInstallation}}.
Note that a switch template exist as different equipment are effective against different enemies (add in switch statements in cases where it's not the usual Type 3+WG42).
The inclusion of this template automatically adds Category:Abyssal Land Bases to the page.
