This is an improved version of the mass produced and widely deployed twin-engined Do 17 bomber developed by the Country of Science, the late-model Do 217.<br>
Its payload is greatly increased with the addition of high-powered engines.<br>
It carries a guided anti-ship bomb, the Fritz-X, that is a threat capable of dealing extensive damage to large ships.<br>
This plane is effective against battleships.<br>
