Administrators are tasked with working on higher level duties such as resolving disputes between editors or banning malicious users. This user group wields a lot of power so only add someone to this group if they are trusted to be responsible with it.

Bureaucrats stand at the highest hierarchy and are responsible for coordinating moderators and administrators while taking care of administrative tasks that cannot be handled by others.

Only bureaucrats are able to change user rights.
