==Support Expeditions==
 +
Note: With the November event up, odds are you guys have not really touched upon support expeditions. I will explain how this all works.
 +
 +
So you will noticed that you now have support expedition 109,110 or for the more veteran admirals, 33 and 34. How these work is that you send a fleet into an expedition, who will then provide additonal bombardment during the first phase. Now there are two big differences between 109/33 and 110/34:
 +
 +
- 109/33 supports you in general node battles, the amount of battles they help with seems to be random.
 +
 +
- 110/34 however is for support in the BOSS NODE ONLY. This is generally the one you go for.
 +
 +
To start a support expedition, you will need to bring a minimum of two DD's (Destroyers) with the other 4 slots comprised of whatever you like, however the composition will affect what type of bombing you do.
 +
 +
1) Generally BB's: You will do a 'shelling' bombardment. The damage is based on the overall 'Artillery' stat and it is generally the most used of the three bombardments.
 +
 +
2) CV's + CVL's: You will do a 'aerial' bombardment. All of your planes will basically swoop in and basically bomb/torpedo the ever living daylights out of the enemy. This does less damage than the one above, but people have claimed this is more reliable for actual damage.
 +
 +
3) Neither conditions are fufilled: You will do a 'general' bombardment, which can deal hugely sporadic damage (If you ever played Advance Wars 2 or dual strike, think Jugger or Flak). So you can hit for 333 or hit for 3. Arguably the worst of the 3 types.
