Technical Changes
- Repurpose EquipmentList and EquipmentListEntry functions in EquipmentModule (not being used)
- remove hp, luck and notes column
- update color scheme to match current color scheme
- bombing/combat radius columns will show based on plane types
- accuracy/evasion label will change to anti-bomber/interception for land based fighters
- require the EquipmentTypeID in template instead of equipmentTypeName
- needed to parse Data/EquipmentRefit
- doesnt match standard practice here?
- create new module to list ship classes in a line that can use the EquipmentType
- saves column space in table

equipment name is not always the page link name
- such as 15.5cm triple gun mount (main/secondary)
