Artist: Shizuma Yoshinori
- She is the first American-based Kanmusu to be introduced into the Kancolle franchise.
- She was introduced first in Kancolle Kai, and will eventually appear in the browser version, sometime around Spring or later.
- To obtain her in Kancolle Kai, you have complete the game on Hard difficulty and she will be your last reward which will be carried over into new game+.

- Her name came from the State of Iowa
