November 4th, 2016 Kinu Kai Ni Update

  1. The Naval District Saury Festival has ended.
  2. Kinu will be getting a kai ni
    1. Requires a fairly high level
    2. Blueprint required
    3. She will receive a new secretary line as well as other voice lines
  3. Extra Kinu Kai Ni info
    1. She can carry Daihatsu Landing Craft
    2. This allows her to give bonuses with expeditions
    3. She cannot use a midget sub
    4. She has a special AACI
  4. A total of 6 new quests have been implemented
    1. Form the 16th DesRon (3rd Gen)
    2. Reinforce the Nansei Islands Defense Line
    3. Sortie the Elite 16 DesRon
    4. In addition, Kinu Kai Ni will have a quest to obtain the new Toku Daihatsu
