藤田 咲：
アニメの赤城はキリッとしたお姉さんで、皆を導く立場を任されていて、さすが正規空母！！という部分がしっかり描かれています。
もちろん、赤城さんのお茶目な部分も描かれていますので、そのギャップが魅力だな～と思ってます♪
井口裕香：
加賀さんは、ゲームでもアニメでも共通して、クールなところが魅力だと思います。
そしてアニメでは、「赤城さん好き。」な気持ちがより強くなっている気がします。どうやら、ツンデレっぽいらしいです。

一番の魅力は、戦闘に勝利し、提督と心を通わせた後の表情の変化でしょうか。

ゲームの中では描かれなかった艦娘同士のやり取りが、アニメではしっかりと描かれているので嬉しかったです。
それぞれの性能の差や、艦これならではの戦闘シーン、少女の姿をしているからこその悩み等、キャラクターの細かい魅力がつまっています。

キャラクターの多さに比べて圧倒的少人数でアフレコしているのがなんだか面白いです。兼ね役が多いと使うエネルギーも多いのか、いつも誰かしら何かを食べている気がします。

女性ばっかりの現場なのでにぎやかです！演じる役が多い子もいるので、アフレコが始まると独特な緊張感が漂ってます。（笑）

戦う少女たち！とても華やかです！！！
そして、皆さん兼ね役（いや、どれも本役！）がたくさんで大変そうです。（笑）

出番が多いと、前日緊張で寝付けません。そんな作品は久しぶりです。
現場では、ひたすら集中力と喉の持久力が試されます。
東山奈央：
和やか、かつ、冷静という感じでしょうか。アフレコはもちろんお芝居の場ではありますが、感情に没頭するだけでは不十分というか…、改めて冷静さを要する作業だなということを艦これの現場ではことさら強く感じています。例えば、艦これならでは「役の切り替え」だったり。それぞれの役者さんの職人芸を見ているような、何とも贅沢な空間ですね。
大坪由佳：
登場キャラクターは多いのにキャストが少ない！！！一人何役も演じているので、皆さん本当にすごいな・・・と尊敬の眼差しで見守っています。自分との掛け合いは面白いですね。
日高里菜：
やはり一人がいくつかのキャラを担当するということで、より集中しながらアフレコに挑んでいます。収録の仕方も特殊で、シーンごとに細かく区切りながら行っています。
洲崎 綾：
アットホームで和やかな雰囲気です！
種田梨沙：
複数の艦の声を担当されてる方も多いので、自分と自分の掛け合いみたいな事が起きているのがとても印象的でした。
大井と北上の掛け合いが、一人なのに二人の世界で特に面白かったです。(笑)
みなさんのキャラへのこだわりも感じるアフレコ現場でした。
上坂すみれ：
私は今のところ吹雪のみ演じているので、兼ね役がない分吹雪の色々な表情を引き出せるようにと心掛けています。もし兼ね役があったら…はい、頑張ります！
藤田 咲：
吹雪が憧れる先輩という立場なので、憧れの対象となれるようにかっこいい所、強い所、凛々しい所…細部に気を使っています。
あとは何事も一生懸命な赤城を楽しく演じていればいいかな、と思うので毎回のアフレコを楽しんでいます☆
井口裕香：
スタッフさんから、加賀さんのクールなところが、あまりキツくなりすぎないように、という注意をいただきました。

声の使い分けに気を取られがちなのですが、一人一人の状況の整理や心情の把握など、お芝居としての成立を蔑ろにしないように心掛けています。
東山奈央：
皆さんに遊んでいただいているゲームの音声は、今から２年前に収録したものなんです。提督の皆さんは、プレイされている中でおそらくその声を何度も聞いて頂いていると思うので、そのキャラクターのイメージを大事に演じていきたいと思っています。一方で、過去の自分の物真似にならないように、せっかく動くキャラクターたちにふさわしい、新しいお芝居をつけてあげられたらいいな、と思っています。
大坪由佳：
大井がゲームよりもさらに刺々しいキャラクターになっているので、それを包み込むような北上を演じるように気をつけています。特にこの二人は作中の賑やかしキャラなのでほのぼの演じさせていただいてます。
日高里菜：
ゲームでは一人一人で収録を行いますが、アニメではたくさんのキャラクターと関わるので、ゲームでのキャラクター性は維持しつつもキャラクターの表現の幅は広げていけたらいいなと思っています。
洲崎 綾：
自分の担当するキャラ同士の台詞の掛け合いも多いのですが、声の違いを明確にしようというよりは、キャラの個性を大切にしようという意識で演じています。
種田梨沙：
妙高型は四姉妹なので、会話する上でその年齢の差が出るように気を付けていました。
駆逐艦はとにかく可愛く元気に等、ゲームの頃からこだわる点は同じだったりします。
普段掛け合わないキャラクターと会話する時にキャラがぶれないようにするのが一番大変でした。
