The 12cm 30-tube launcher is an anti-aircraft rocket launcher for ships.
The threatening barrage that fires 30 consecutive rocket-type shrapnel shells (RoSa shells) protects allies from fragile enemy carrier-based aircraft.
By all means, pack these onto the refurbished Ise and Hyuuga and break through the onslaught of enemy aircraft carriers!
