Introduction
高性能な大型対水上電探です。
遠距離射撃にも対応できる射撃管制が可能ですが、かなり大型で重量過大です。
これを搭載すると、そうとう目立ちます！
The type 32 is a large, high-performance surface search radar.
While it is capable of long-range search and gunfire control, it was quite heavy.
When mounted aboard ships, it becomes conspicuous because of its size!
Mechanics
Radars are used to provide boosts to LoS 
and accuracy 
. They are additionally used for:
- Certain Artillery Spotting,
- Certain Night Cut-Ins,
- Maelstrom resource loss mitigation,
SurfaceSurface Radars are radars that:
- Must have 5 or more LoS ,
- Are required for some Routings,
- Metigate the accuracy penalty of Smoke Screens,
- Increase the damage potential of most Special Attacks.
