Born in Sasebo, I'm the 47th 1st class submarine, I-47. As with all the surviving frontline submarines late in the war, I was given that weapon as my main armament[2]. I fought right until the end of the war, participating in the raid on Ulithi Harbour as well as attacks on Hollandia and Okinawa.[3] These days, I'm resting at the bottom of the sea near the Gotou Islands. |
