1. The Spring 2019 Event, "Commence! Second Hawaii Relief Operation" has finished.
2. Shipgirl changes
   • The nameship of the Kai-Shiratsuyu-class destroyers, Umikaze, has received her Kai Ni remodel.
     • Consumes an Action Report - can be obtained via new quest.
     • Can equip Daihatsu Landing Crafts and Type 2 Ka-Mi Tank.
     • Can equip Fleet Command Facility.
     • Receives a fit bonus with 12.7cm Twin Mount Type-C Kai 2 and any surface radar combo. She also receives a bonus from equipping 61cm Quad (Oxygen) Torpedo Mount Late Model
     • Comes with a set of new voice lines.
   • Commandant Teste, Mizuho, Kamoi and Richelieu will now receive a fit bonus to LoS and Evasion from Laté 298B.
     • Richelieu can now equip the aforementioned aircraft.
