射撃時の音からポンポン砲とも呼ばれ、国内でライセンス生産もされました。
徐々に後発の国産対空機銃に更新されていきました。

This is an anti-aircraft autocannon introduced by the British Vickers company.
Also known as the pom-pom gun due to its firing sound for its two-round burst, it was produced under license in Japan. It was gradually replaced by more modern domestically produced anti-aircraft machine guns.

Mechanics

  AA Guns are equippable in RE. They are mainly used to provide "Anti-Air", notably via their AA   stat. They:

  • Are notably required in most AACI.
  • Trigger a tracer-fire effect during air combat.
  • Bring an accuracy bonus against PT Imp.
