March 17th, 2017 Spring Seaplane Fighter Update

1. Preset Slot Expansion
   • The Fleet Preset system from which you can easily save and deploy your fleet compositions has had its maximum slots increased to 10.
2. Preset Slot Expansion UI Change
   • The Save and Delete button have been placed further apart. Also, the Delete button has been removed fro the options when choosing to deploy (展開) a fleet.
3. Mizuho Available Via LSC
   • Seaplane Tender Mizuho is now available via LSC. She can be obtained using recipes for CVs.
4. New Quests
   • Four new Quests have been implemented:
     • Destroy the enemies at the Nansei Islands!
     • Expand the Offshore Aviation Forces!
     • Elite Seaplane Forces Setup
     • Increase of the Elite Seaplane Forces
     • All quests require certain pre-requisite quests to be completed in order to be triggered
5. The Type 96 Land Attacker is now craftable via Development.
   • Requires a CV flagship and certain recipe(s). (Details TBC)
6. The craft rate for the 12.7cm Twin High-angle Mount has been increased
7. Akashi Improvement Arsenal Update
   • Maya Kai Ni, Zara due and Mizuhorelated equipment have had their shifts changed.
   • 12.7cm Twin High-angle Mounts can now be improved upgraded it into the 8cm Twin High-angle Mount
   • 8cm Twin High-angle Mount can now be improved. Its Anti-Air efficiency is slightly increased from the Improvement, but it is higher than the 12.7cm Twin High-angle Mount.
   • Type 2 Seaplane Fighter Kai is now available for Improvement. From a Quest, it is possible to organize a Type 2 Seaplane Fighter Kai (Skilled). Regular Type 2 Seaplane Fighter Kai will be available to be improved into a superior equipment in the future.
   • [[Type 2 Seaplane Fighter Kai (Skilled)] is now available for Improvement. The Type 2 Seaplane Fighter Kai (Skilled) is obtainainble from a Quest which requires a Skilled Pilot.
   • The Ro.44 Seaplane Fighter is now available for Improvement. Improving it from the maximum will upgraded it into the Ro.44 Seaplane Fighter Bis.
   • The Ro.44 Seaplane Fighter bis is now available for Improvement. This equipment is available to obtain by upgrading a regular Ro.44 Seaplane Fighter.
8. Italian Plane Icon change
   • Italian Aircrafts will get their own icons during Aerial Battle phase.
9. Seaplane Fighter Icon Change
   • Seaplane Fighters will now get their own Equipment Category and will be separated away from regular Seaplane icons.
10. Light Cruiser Stat Improvement
    • The Following Light Cruisers have received the following boosts to thier stats:
      • Agano Kai and Sakawa Kai +1 Firepower
      • Noshiro Kai and Yahagi Kai +2 Firepower
      • Ooyodo Kai +7 Firepower
      • Sendai Kai Ni + 1 Torpedo
      • Jintsuu Kai Ni + 1 Firepower
      • Naka Kai Ni + 1 Anti-Air
11. White Day / Hinmatsuri Content Ends
    • White Day & Hinamatsuri seasonal related contents has now ended. Hinamatsuri seasonal CGs will all be available in the Library.
    • Cookie for Kanmusu item is no longer on sale.
12. Furniture store Update
    • The Furniture Store now include the following seasonal Furniture:
      • Cherry Blossom Floor
      • Spring Floor
      • Spring Specification Wallpaper
      • Battleship Movie Poster
      • Admirial's Majong Table (which is in Spring Mode
13. Season update to Seasonal Furniture
    • Admirals's Majong Desk, Hot Cypress Bat, Spring Rock Bath have been moved to Spring Mode.
    • In addition, Naval Base Bar Counter has returened to normal mode (with some slight collaboration features)
14. Updated Graphic Display
    • Type 96 Land Attacker has received a graphical change.
    • Type 21 Zero Fighters has received a graphical change.
15. Expedition Update confirmation screen UI
    • Added "level display function" of each ship daughter of "expedition" fleet
    • Add icon display of "expedition" fleet holding drums (for transportation) up to a certain number
    • Add icon display up to a certain number of equipments such as equipments and special internal firearms (such as Daihatsu and Ka-Mi Tanks)
    • Some other graphical system changes of the same screen is updated.
16. Quest Display Change
    • Icons on Quest have been changed both in terms of display and graphically.
17. Daytime Battle Firepower cap increased
    • The maximum daytime battle cap has been improved and can now has been boosted to 20% more from it regular cap.
18. Haruna Shopping Mode CG
    • Haruna has now been given limited time shopping mode CG content in relation to the Mitsukoshi Collaboration. To all the admirals out there we hope you enjoy shopping!
