Sandbox Rules

This sandbox is to be used to construct an event guide for the above-mentioned event map. These guides are to all of the following requirements:

  • List of branching unlocking requirements (If there are multiple requirements, compositions for each path along with the below requirements will be needed to discuss the unlocking requirements in question)
  • A list of working compositions that work: (These must have possible alternatives for players who may or may not have all ships needed for a specific path)
  • The Path said composition will take (To explain what path the composition will take)
  • A summary or description of what kind of obstacles a composition will face.
  • A description of the boss node, what it consists and a descriptive guide on what the player should consider for a course of action to successfully win the battle.
  • (Optional) Tips to farm to take the path to collect certain ships (This will also require a composition, path, and possible description.

Editors are to construct their own version of their guide and complete them in a timely fashion.

No other editors are to allowed to edit over other editors' work without the full consent of the editor and his approval to do so.

Several versions will be constructed through this page and will be reviewed and approved by the staff/ collaboration committee before being moved for the Summer 2020 Event which it'll be reviewed and updated once more before it can be released.

Overall there will be 3 versions of the guide that will be constructed which will include:

  • Preliminary Guide
  • Polished Guide
  • Finalized Guide

With each approval of each version of the guide, the said guide will be updated to the main page, and construction of the next version will begin.

All guides outside of the approved version will be removed and work will begin from the approved version to make it better for the next version until the finalized version is made.

Map Overview

Important Notice: This Event map will requires the use of fleets with several historical ships to obtain advantageous routing. These ships are:

  • Single Fleets will be used throughout all phases of this map.
  • In the early phase of the map, 2 LBASs are available to sortie, a third base is only able to be used in defense.
    • Once the Transport phase is completed (Phase 2), all 3 LBAS will be able to sortie.
    • Air raids will occur on this map.
  • This map uses three locks:
    •   "South-Western Fleet".
    •   "16th Squadron".
    •   "Shima Escort Convoy".
  • At the start of the final boss phase, the   "16th Squadron" tag will enforce a minimum historical ship requirement to be permitted to sortie on the map.
    • This will be required across All difficulties, But for Easy / Casual, only 3 members will be needed regardless of tag
    • A minimum of 3 Historical ships is needed to Start at A (1st Starting Point) in the final phase.

Phase 1: Eliminate the Supply Depot Hime

  • There are two paths that can be taken to reach the boss:
    • A short path that will feature night battle nodes featuring PT imps and TCI units along with a day battle with a Ne Kai.
    • A longer path featuring submarine and basic surface battles.
  • Bringing anti-installation equipment will allow for the fleet to effectively fight the supply depot princess.
  • Multiple Nuke setups are recommended for higher difficulties due to the very high HP Supply Depot Princess can have (up to 6000 HP on hard mode)
  • LoS (Cn3) = 28.0 (Casual), 32.0 (Easy), 41.0 (Medium), 48.0 (Hard).
  • Nuke Setup = 1 Tank  + 1 Anti-ground Rocket Launcher

    + any landing tank

    or armed boat

    .
  • 3 Historical Ships are required to route West under specific conditions.
  • The Tag used in this segment is   16th Squadron

  • 1CL, 0-1CA(V), 4DD
  • Route: A B C C2 F
    • The CA CANNOT be Aoba.
    • Have DD focus on using nuke setups to kill the princess more efficiently.
    • Vanguard is recommended to pass through the 2 Night Battle Nodes along the way to the boss better.
    • While difficult, this route serves as the fastest route to the boss

  • 1CL, 1CA/CLT, 4DD
  • Route: A D E E1 E2 F
    • 3 Historical Ships are required for this route.
    • Otherwise 1CL, 5DD is required to take the same route.
    • Have DDs set up with "Nuke Setup".

Phase 2: Deplete the TP Gauge at O2

  •   Shima Convoy will be required for this segment
  • Due to the nature of the boss node, aiming for A rank only for higher difficulties and having as much ship with Landing Crafts

    as possible is recommended.
  • Submarine Shark Princess's fleet will consist of a mixed fleet that has submarines and surface ships.
    • It may contain a CVL.

  • 0-1FBB, 0-1CV, 1CL, 3-4DD
  • Route: G K N1 N2 O O2
    • Can reach the boss consistently but will get less TP Points per run.

  • 1AV, 1CL, 4DD
  • Route: H L D A O O2
    • A Lighter Fleet allowing DDs to bring more DLC to deplete the TP bar faster.

Phase 2.5: Locate the Jade Princess (X)

  • There are a total of 4 requirements needed to locate the Abyssal Jade Princess.
  • Vanguard is recommended to pass through Nodes before the targetted node more easily.
  • All the unlocks will utilize the   South-Western Fleet locks.
U R LBAS N
Hard A+ A+ AS AS
Medium A+ A+ AS
Easy A+ A+ AS
Casual A+ A+

  • 1CV, 1FBB, 1CL, 3DD
  • Route: G P P1 P2 Q S U
    • U contains a New Submarine Princess.
    • Bring OASW capable ships to A rank U easily.
    • If needed, use LBAS with ASW planes and send them to U to support the fleet.
    • Otherwise have LBAS bomb the nodes before U.

  • 1-2CV(L), 1FBB, 0-1CL 2-4DD
  • Route: G P P1 P2 Q R
    • LBAS Range to R is 6.
    • A heavier fleet or one without CL is required to take this route.
    • Enemy Fleet will have a Heavy Cruiser Princess as flagship.

  • 2CV(L), 1CL, 3DD
  • Route: G I M N
    • At least 2 CV(L) are needed to route to N
    • It is recommended to use LBAS with Fighters and send it to the node to assist in getting AS for higher difficulties.
    • LBAS Range to N is 6.
Node N AP AS AS+
Hard 232 521 1041
Medium 212 477 954
Easy 170 383 765
Casual 94 210 420

  • This can be done along with N, R, or U.
  • Otherwise send out 1 SS and keep going until the air raid is triggered.

Phase 3: Defeat Jade Princess at X

In this phase, the following will change on the map:

  • All Land Bases will be allowed to sortie on the map.
    • 16th Squadron can now only sortie if fleet contains at least 3 historical ships.
    • On Normal or higher, 3 historical members must be tagged under 16th Squadron to be able to sortie properly and start from starting point 1.
  • On easy or less, at least 3 historical members regardless of tag must be in the fleet to be able to route properly from starting point 1.
    • Once at last dance, the Abyssal Jade Princess will change ship type and will no longer provide a second shelling phase by herself. A (F)BB(V) in the player fleet would be required to get a second shelling phase in this case.

Important note: As a reminder, this phase will benefit most by using the 16th Squadron Fleet. Please be sure to conserve historical as listed at the start of the guide.

  • 1CL, 1CA/CLT, 2DD, 2XX   16th Squadron
  • Route: A D V X
    • XX can be DD, CLT, FBB, or CV.
    • Vanguard is recommended on all Node before reaching X.
    • Having 1 FBB allows for a 2nd shelling phase which could hurt when using vanguard on the non-boss nodes.
    • LoS (Cn3) = 30.0 (Casual), 37.0 (Easy), 45.0 (Medium), 53.0 (Hard).
    • 3 Historical Ships are required to route to the boss.
    • A Night CV might be useful to help clear the boss

  • 1FBB, 1CV, 1CL, 3DD   South Western Fleet
  • Route: G P P1 P2 Q S U V X
    • This composition is a final last resort option that should only be considered if there is no other choice. Do not use this composition unless there is no time to prepare additional historical. Preparing historical ships for the 16th Squadron tag should take priority above using this composition under any circumstance.
    • Vanguard is recommended for all nodes
    • Having 1 FBB allows for a 2nd shelling phase which could hurt when using vanguard on the non-boss nodes.
    • LoS (Cn3) = 30.0 (Casual), 37.0 (Easy), 45.0 (Medium), 53.0 (Hard).
    • Land base support across nodes U and /or V may need to be considered given the routes' length.
    • Fleet will arrive at boss with a fuel and ammo penalty.

Debuff Phase

Important note: If lacking 16th Squadron's historical members on Normal or Hard, it'll become impossible to complete this segment without getting more dupes of the members to make the tag requirement to reach W.

  • On lower difficulties, at least 3 historical members must be tagged under 16th Squadron to be able to route properly.
  • There are up to 5 requirements needed to Debuff the boss once Last Dance is reached:
C1 LBAS O2 U W
Hard AS AS x2 A+ S S
Medium ? ? ? ? ?
Easy AS A+ A+
Casual AS A+ A+

  • 3CV, 3DD   16th Squadron
  • Route: A D B C C1
    • Heavy Fleet for Force routing to C1.
    • LBAS Range to C1 is 2 if a LBAS fighter sweep is needed.
Node C1 AP AS AS+
Hard 55 123 246
Medium 46 102 204
Easy 32 72 144
Casual ? ? ?

  • This phase can be done in conjunction with any other phase during the debuff.

  • Refer to Phase 2 Composition for the requirement

  • Refer to Phase 2.5 Unlock with Node U fleet.

  • 1CL, 2DD, 3XX (FAST)   16th Squadron
  • Route: A D V W
    • XX can be CV(B)/(F)BB(V).
    • 3 Historical Ships are required to reach W.
    • A night CV is recommended to help secure an S rank.
