List of Armored Aircraft Carriers by upgraded maximum stats

Armored Aircraft Carriers are aircraft carriers that adopted the armored flight decks and armor belt. There are only two carriers in this class, Taihou and the supercarrier Shinano. Shinano is currently not available.

• Unlike other carriers, Taihou can still launch their aircrafts when sustaining moderate damage (中破).
• Shoukaku has the highest firepower stat among aircraft carriers.
• Zuikaku has the highest anti-air stat among aircraft carriers.
• The Shoukaku-class have the highest resource consumption and repair cost among aircraft carriers.
• Taihou come with a Type 62 Zero Fighter-bomber as her default equipment.
• Taihou kai come with a Reppuu (Strong Gale), Ryuusei (Shooting Star), and an uncraftable 10cm Twin High-angle Mount (Improved).
