Shigure is one of the miracle ships. "Shigure of Kure" is only second to [[Yukikaze]] of Sasebo. Hence, she has luck attribute on par with Yukikaze after her second remodelling.
The last miracle ship, Nowaki (野分), was not in the game yet.
