January 1st, 2016 New Year Day Update

1. This will be a live update, expected to take place 1:00 AM after the turn of the New Year.
2. New Year's Haregi CG are expected for 10+ kanmusus, which include, Katori (possibly), I-401, Fusou, Zuihou, and Akitsushima along with the return of older ones
3. 100+ New Year's voices will be implemented.
