Autumn 9th 2015 Update

Cooked pacific saury.

UI changes are planned to be implemented.
An update that has ties with Pacific Saury (this fish is commonly associated with the Autumn season in Japan).
- Isokaze will receive a seasonal CG update somehow pertaining to saury.
