Tips

To complete the map, you need to defeat the boss flagship 6 times.

  • Clearing this map rewards 250 Ranking points and a medal.
  • The map will reset at midnight JST at the beginning of every month.


This map features multiple starting zone positions.

  • The South route has nodes without enemy CVs and a Night Node, while North routes are filled with enemy carriers
  • Air Raids will appear once you get the second kill on the boss. However, these will stop after you deplete the HP bar.
  • The enemy composition of the map will get harder after you get 3 kills and when you reach the Last Dance.
    • The map reverts to all possible pre-final compositions after clearing.

Regarding the boss fleet

It is the first normal map to introduce Enemy Combined Fleet.

  • Having access to both of your LBAS for this map is highly recommended.
    • LBAS setup should be aiming for Air Parity on 4 waves.
    • LBAS should be set to target the boss node.
    • If fortunate enough, it can be possible to take out the Aircraft Carrier Princess with the LBAS or take out a majority of her planes, allowing for a chance to wipe out all of her bombers, rendering her defenseless.
    • The LBAS range needed to reach the boss is 5.
  • Eliminating the entire boss's Escort fleet is the key to have a high chance of getting a torpedo salvo on the main fleet.
  • If the flagship of the Escort fleet is killed, or if fewer ships are remaining in the Escort than the Main fleet after day battle, the Escort fleet will retreat for night battle and you will fight the Main fleet. Else, the opposite situation will happen.
  • If you have opened your 3rd LBAS, you can only just it for Air Defence against the Air Raid, with 4 fighters/interceptors, reducing the cost of refueling your LBAS if the Air Raid happens.


Recommended Fleets

  • 2BB(V), 1CA(V), 1CL, 2DD
  • Route = B F I J M
    • Node B is a Submarine node.
    • Node J is a Night Node.
    • There will be no ammo/fuel penalty for your ships.
    • It's highly recommended to bring at least one AACI.
    • Using 5-slot BB(V)s, a CAV and other SPF-carrying ships, along with LBAS can enables AS/AS+ at the boss node.
      • With all 4 LBAS waves of Air Parity sent to boss, your fleet needs about 275 AP (300 AP for safety) to ensure AS at the boss.
        • 140 AP is enough if you only want AP at the boss node while still ensuring AS+ on pre-boss.
    • The enemies in this route are lighter and easier than the other routes.
    • The CA(V) can be swapped for a 2nd CL.

  • 3BB(V), 1CA(V)/CL, 1CL, 1DD
  • Route = BCDGM B C D G M
    • Node G is an Air Node.
    • It's highly recommended to bring at least one AACI.
    • There will be no ammo/fuel penalty for your ships.
    • A lot of good ships are required to make this comp work reliably.

  • 1BB/CV, 2CV, 1CA(V), 1CLT, 1DD
  • Route = A C D G M
    • Node G is an Air Node.
    • There will be an ammo/fuel penalty for your ships (36% fuel and 32% ammo) when you arrive at the boss.
    • It's highly recommended to bring at least one AACI.
    • The 2nd CV can be swapped for a 2nd BB.
    • The CA(V) can be swapped for a CL/DD. If so, CL capable to carry Midget Submarine 
       
       
      are advised.

  • 1(F)BB(V), 1CV(L), 2(F)BB(V)/CV(L), 1CL, 1DD
  • Route = ACEHGM A C E H G M
    • Nodes G and H are Air Nodes.
    • Arrive at the boss node with a slight ammo penalty (44% fuel 44% ammo), this comp is currently the strongest variant you can bring to the boss node with 4 heavy ships in total. It is also an option for any 6-5 related quests with CV(L).
    • A full base of Toukais 
       
      /ASW planes is required to increase the passing rate at node E due to the appearance of strong SS there. Like the South-North fleet, a lot of good ships are also required to make this comp work, such as 5-slot BB(V) and good AACI ships.
