Sandbox Rules

This sandbox is to be used to construct an event guide for the above mentioned event map. These guides are to all of the following requirements:

  • List of branching unlocking requirements (If there are multiple requirements, compositions for each path along with the below requirements will be needed to discuss the unlocking requirements in question)
  • A list of working compositions that work: (These must have possible alternatives for players who may or may not have all ships needed for a specific path)
  • The Path said composition will take (To explain what path the composition will take)
  • A summary or description of what kind of obstacles a composition will face.
  • A description of the boss node, what it consist and a descriptive guide on what the player should consider for a course of action to successfully win the battle.
  • (Optional) Tips to farm to take path to collect certain ships (This will also require a composition, path, and possible description.

Editors are to construct their own version of their guide and complete them in a timely fashion.

No other editors are to allowed to edit over other editor's work without the full consent of the editor and his approval to do so.

Several version will be constructed through this page and will be reviewed and approved by the staff/ collaboration committee before being moved for the Summer 2020 Event which it'll be reviewed and updated once more before it can be released.

Overall there will be 3 versions of the guide that will be constructed which will include:

  • Preliminary Guide
  • Polished Guide
  • Finalized Guide

With each approval of each version of the guide, the said guide will be updated to the main page, and construction of the next version will begin.

All guides outside of the approved version will be removed and work will begin from the approved version to make it better for the next version until the finalized version is made.

Projected deadline for Initial guide: August 26th, 12:01 JST (May get extended by 1 day if massive delays occur)

General Overwiev

  • Make sure you have completed the new quest which unlocks the Stike Force.
  • This map utilizes the ... Tag (Green) and ... Tag (Blue)
  • The LBAS location and therefore ranges on this map will change after completing Phase 1

Phase 1: TP Phase

  • Composition:  [Blue Tag]2nd Special Squadron Striking Force Fleet: 0-1 AV, 1-2 CL(T), 4-6 DD, Akitsumaru Fast
    • Route: 1 A C D F I
  • Composition:  [Blue Tag]2nd Special Squadron Striking Force Fleet: 0-1 AV, 1 CVL, 1 CA, 1 CL, 3-4 DD FAST OR 4 CV(L), 1 CL, 2 DD FAST
    • Route: 1 A C D1 E G F I
  • Composition:  [Blue Tag]2nd Special Squadron Striking Force Fleet: 0-1 AV, 1-2 CL(T), 4-5 DD, 0-1 XX FAST
    • Route: 1 B C D F I
  • Crete LBAS range = <4
  • Malta LBAS range = 3
  • Note: XX can be another AV or Shinshuumaru but not Akitsumaru. Refer to the first composition if you're using Akitsumaru for the sortie.


Once TP cleared, the 2nd spawn point is unlocked and the LBAS will be moved to Malta.

Phase 1.5: Unlock Node W

    • Note: Much heavier composition which will force you one extra node before reaching S
  • Malta LBAS range = 3, AP/AS = 66/147 for (HARD)

  • Composition:  [Green Tag]Force H 1 BB, 1 CV, 2 CAV, 2 CVL + 1 CL, 1 CA, 4 DD

  • Malta LBAS range = 4, AP/AS = 143/231 for (HARD)
  • You can either set your LBAS on rest or send them to the battle node before C2

  • Composition:  [Green Tag]Force H 2 BB, 2 CAV, 2 CVL + 1 CL, 1 CA, 4 DD

  • Malta LBAS range = 6, AP/AS = 155/348 FOR (HARD)
  • Note: Load as many fighters and SPF as you can on your ship. You can either send LBAS with fighters to the node or bomb the previous node to increase the passing rate.

  • This is the same composition as when you are doing node Q
  • Bring fighters on your carriers for AS if you failed to AS while doing Q requirement.

Phase 2: Defeat Summer Harbor Princess

  • Composition:  [Green Tag]Force H CTF : 3 CV, 2 CA(V), 0-1 DD, 0-1 CL + 2 FBB, 1 CL, 0-1 CA(V), 2-3 DD
  • Route: 2 J K M V W
    • Alternative STF Composition that goes the same route as the CTF one if you choose to save your carriers.
      •  [Green Tag]Force H STF : 3-4 (F)BB, 0-1 CV, 0-1 CA(V), 0-1 CL + 1-2 FBB, 1-2 CA(V), 1 CL, 2 DD
  • Malta LBAS range = 6, AP/AS: 66/147 for (HARD)
  • Note: This is an installation fight. Bring nukes and anti-installation in order to beat this node. Summer Harbor Princess is weak against to Type 3 Shell is key to killing her fast.
    • If you are using CV, using European planes on carriers will have a bonus against Summer Harbor and can possibly kill her with a crit.

Phase 2.5: Unlock Node Z

To unlock the 3rd boss, Z, you need to :

  • It is possible to use the same fleet in order to complete all 3 requirements in 2-3 different sorties.
  • Composition:  [Blue Tag]2nd Special Squadron Striking Force Fleet: 1 CVL, 1 AV, 1 CL, 4 DD
  • Route: 1 A C D1 E H or 1 A C D1 E G
  • LBAS: You can either send LBAS to D1 to assist with passing through the node. Or set them up as LBAS Defence for the AS requirement to unlock Node Z.
  • Note: E is a choice node. The player can choose to either go to G or H for both the requirements.

Phase 3: Elinimate the Mediterranean Fleet at Z

You can reach Z from both of the spawn points.

  • Composition:  [Green Tag]Force H STF : 0-1 CV, 0-1 (F)BB, 1-2 CA(V), 2 CL, 1-2 DD + 1 CL, 4-5 DD, 0-1 CA

  • Malta LBAS range = 6, AP/AS = 92/207 for (HARD) and 184/414 on LD. Send all your bases with 1-2 fighters 2-3 bombers to the boss.
  • Note: For your carriers, it's highly recommended to try and use as many European/American bombers as possible as those planes have a significant bonus against the boss.
