Introduction
急降下爆撃も可能な高性能多用途水上偵察機「瑞雲」。
航空戦艦「伊勢」「日向」に搭載し、海上の艦隊運用を前提に編成され、錬成を重ねた六三四航空隊所属の「瑞雲」飛行隊。
同12型をさらにチューンナップ、最後まで粘り強く戦い抜いた傑作多用途水上偵察機の最終強化型です。
The "Zuiun" is a high-performance multi-purpose reconnaissance floatplane capable of dive-bombing.
Carried aboard the aviation battleships "Ise" and "Hyuuga", the 634th Air Group was formed of "Zuiuns" and refined for operations at sea.
This is the final enhanced version of the masterpiece multi-purpose floatplane, further improved from the Model 12, which fought tenaciously to the end.
Mechanics
Seaplanes are the main aircraft type used by non-carrier ships (mainly battleships, cruisers, and auxiliaries).
- They are notably required to trigger Artillery Spotting.
Bomber Seaplane Bombers additionally act like Dive Bombers, taking part in the same air phases and sharing the same damage formulas. Additionally, they:
- Play some minor Anti-Installation role.
- Bring an accuracy bonus against PT Imp.
Zuiuns are additionaly required for the Ise-class Kai Ni
to perform special Zuiun cut-in attack (see Artillery Spotting for more details).
This plane has strong Anti-Air Resistance.
