Ammo Farming

It is recommended to use a throwaway DD equipped with /, and one Repair Personnel

• This saves on spending resources while completing the sortie. Alternatively, a set of good DD can be used, but they will need to be repaired, slowing down the farming rate.
• If the battle on A critically damages the DD, select to use the Repair Personnel onward and continue onward.
• The Repair Personnel is not consumed while doing this process.
• Once complete, remove the Repair Personnel from the DD, that can now be scrapped, and repeat.

Another method is to send a fleet of 3-6SS(V) using . This method brings a bit greater return at a higher risk and has steeper requirements.

Doing this farming will bring a lot of "losses", which can impact the overall win rate and so the "event eligibility".

Tips

On this map, all paths pass through a maelstrom node. It is recommended to have some radars equipped on 1 to 3 ships to minimize the loss of fuel here.

• This is also an excellent map to farm Mutsu for her 41 cm guns to upgrade equipment.

  • Quickest path in the north route. Most enemies won't be a threat, except for G which will have some carriers and Ru-class BBs, but having a properly trained fleet should help bypass this node with minimal issue.

• 2CV, 1BB/CVL, 3XX (XX = AV, CA(V), CL(T) or DD)
• Route = A C E G M
  • Stronger fleet, but passes through an extra node.

• "Torpedo Squadron": 1CL (flagship), 1CLT, 4DD
• Route = A B F J M
  • This solution requires more advanced gears, and might be out of reach of new players. It is required to bring an FCF capable CL as flagship, preferably an Agano-class Kai+, equipped with:
    • 2 Main Guns,
    • 1 Prototype Night Zuiun (Attack Equipment),
    • And the ETSCF Elite Torpedo Squadron Command Facility (preferably in the RE).
  • The best comp for farming boss node, having the highest pass rate thanks to the usage of ETSCF in case a ship got heavily damaged.
  • The Evacuation mechanic of the ETSCF should be used if needed, as long as the routing is maintained.
    • The boss routing is secured as long as there are still 4 DDs in the fleet.

• Route = A B F J M
  • Cheap light fleet with only 2 pre-boss battles
  • High-level DDs with good surface combats stats (FP, armor) are preferred. On pre-boss nodes, they need to disable enemy ships without a second round of shelling, or dodge/tank closing torpedoes.
  • Needs minimum 2 radar-equipped ships as F is a strong maelstrom node and has a 25% chance to deplete 100% of remaining fuel for fleets with 0-1 radars.

Collecting furniture boxes in the South route requires a "light fleet":

  • This fleet is strong enough to survive the battles on the way, however, there is a chance that both nodes are avoided. In this case, consider retreating once hitting Node K, or reset before it.
  • Using a CAV makes node H out of reach.

Tips

• This map will require you to use specific compositions to prevent being thrown into dead ends.
• Node D is a regular maelstrom node, and F is a strong maelstrom node with a 25% chance to wipe all of your remaining fuel for fleets with less than 2 radar-equipped ships. Recommended to bring at least 2 radars for routes going through F.

  • Standard fleet for this map. Most battles should be straightforward until you reach the boss. There is also a bauxite node on the way.

  • Use BBV/CV and CAV to get some airstrike and fighter power.

  • Gives the shortest path to the boss node, you will only face one battle and a maelstrom node. However, such a light fleet might have some issues passing the only preboss node and winning the boss fight.
