Introduction

九七式中戦車の車体をベースに九〇式野砲を搭載した自走砲、通称一式砲戦車。
限定的ながら対戦車能力を有した機甲戦力です。
本部隊は、対戦車自走砲として圧倒的な敵に対して善戦した一式砲戦車と完全武装の随伴陸軍歩兵を特大発動艇に搭載。
対地上戦闘において、有効な戦闘力を発揮します。

A self-propelled gun consisting of a Type 90 field gun mated to a Type 97 medium tank chassis, aka the Type 1 Gun tank.
This is an armored unit with limited anti-tank capabilities.
This unit consists of a Type 1 Gun tank, an anti-tank self-propelled gun that fought against overwhelming odds. It is accompanied by an armed-to-the-teeth infantry unit, all loaded on a Toku Daihatsu landing craft.
It is very effective in landing operations.

Mechanics

Notes

This equipment is often referred to by its official Japanese name "Ho-Ni".

Not to be confused with other "Landing Equipment/Tanks" (see here).
